Coupling 14 years of experience in residential and commercial construction and 12 years of inspecting multi-million dollar communication, broadcast and radio towers for Fortune 500 companies, Chad established Smart Start Home Inspections in 2012 as a result of his desire to provide home owners and buyers in his region with quality service at an affordable price.

Chad enjoys helping prospective buyers understand the condition of the home they wish to buy, and helping sellers assess the status of their home before  putting it on the market. He prides himself on being thorough in every step of the home inspection process – from the inspection itself to reporting.  Always available to his clients to answer questions and review information, he considers himself a partner to his clients as they navigate the often tedious process of assessing a home they are selling or preparing to buy.
